KSA Recruiting was founded in 2020 by Krista Schalberg after working several years at both large and small recruitment firms. She took the best parts and ethics of recruiting and started KSA Recruiting. This has allowed our recruiters the ability to stay focused, have fun, and provide truly great talent. We love having the opportunity to really focus in on our client’s needs and provide the appropriate talent for their roles.
