Krista brings over 14 years of national recruitment experience, specializing in Marketing, Advertising, Creative, Media, Administrative, Human Resources, and IT roles. Her career began in banking and finance, but after welcoming her first child, she made a significant career shift into recruiting.

Krista's journey started in an Office Coordinator role at a boutique recruitment firm in the Chicago area that focused on Marketing and Advertising. Although it was a new and challenging field, she quickly fell in love with recruitment, learning from an exceptional team of recruiters. After several successful years at that agency, Krista explored various facets of recruitment, finding her passion in pairing candidates with opportunities and building meaningful connections with both clients and candidates.

In 2020, Krista took the leap to start her own agency, dedicated to fostering those connections and helping others find their ideal roles.

VP, Executive Recruitment Director

 Lyndsey brings over 13 years of recruitment experience, specializing in retained and contingent searches within Marketing and advertising at local and national levels. She began her career as a Database Coordinator at the boutique agency Melinda Holm & Associates. Her curiosity quickly led her into recruitment despite having no prior experience. With the help of experienced recruiters and her dedication to learning about different roles and companies, she developed a deep understanding of the field.
Lyndsey’s passion lies in more than just filling positions; she thrives on building lasting relationships with both clients and candidates. In 2022, she partnered with Krista Schalberg and now holds the role of VP, Executive Recruitment Director at KSA Recruiting. 

 Associate Recruiter

Dena began her career in the dentistry field, dedicating nearly 20 years to various roles, including Dental Assistant, Receptionist, and Office Manager. In 2021, she joined KSA Recruiting as an Administrative Assistant and quickly progressed to the position of Associate Recruiter, where she has been actively growing and learning the industry.

With excellent communication skills and a keen attention to detail, Dena has proven to be a phenomenal addition to the team. Her diverse background and dedication make her a valuable asset in her recruiting journey.
